About Job Finder

Job Finder is built to make a fragmented job search feel focused, transparent, and easier to manage.

Why we built it

Finding a role often means repeating the same searches across many boards, reopening tabs, and trying to remember where each application stands. Job Finder brings that work into one place.

Our goal is simple: help people spend less time managing the search itself and more time evaluating the opportunities that fit them.

Our product principles

Designed around the job seeker

Useful discovery

Search should help you reach relevant, current opportunities without unnecessary noise.

One organized workflow

Saved jobs, searches, and application tracking belong together in one calm workspace.

Trust through clarity

Every listing should stay attributed to its source, with a clear path to the original application.

What you can do

  • Search opportunities gathered from multiple providers.
  • Save promising roles and reusable searches.
  • Track applications from interest through outcome.
  • Return to the original source when you are ready to apply.

What we are not

Job Finder is not a recruiter or employer, and it does not make hiring decisions. We provide discovery and organization tools while applications remain on the original provider or employer site.

That distinction keeps the source visible and puts the final decision in your hands.

How we stay accountable

Job Finder publishes its sourcing and classification methodology, keeps third-party attribution visible, and provides a contact route for incorrect, unavailable, or suspicious listings. Classification labels help organize records; they do not certify an employer or promise that a role is complete, current, or suitable. Applications and hiring decisions remain with the listing source and employer.

The website serves a worldwide audience through one English experience. It does not create country landing pages, redirect visitors based on IP address, or assume that a remote job accepts applicants everywhere. Users can apply the existing location filters and must confirm residence, work authorization, schedule, compensation, and closing dates on the source page.

Material explanations are reviewed when the product changes. Read the Methodology for the current catalog process and the Job Search Safety guide before responding to unfamiliar recruiters.
