Job Finder collects only the data needed to search, save opportunities, and maintain an application tracker.

Account data
When you sign in, we store your email address, profile preferences, saved jobs, saved searches, and tracker entries. If you request source access, we also store your name, registered email address, reason, and the administrator's decision. Job applications happen on the original provider website; resumes and application forms are not stored here.
Application redirects
Redirect analytics contain the job occurrence, time, optional signed-in user ID, and a country code when supplied by the hosting platform. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not retained.
Retention and control
Dead-letter records expire after 14 days and redirect analytics after 365 days. Signed-in users can export their account data or permanently delete their account from the Account page.
Job sources
Listings remain attributed to their provider and link to the original application page. See the Sources page for the enabled provider catalog and applicable terms.
